Recruiter - technical hiring (Oakland, CA)

Clearpath Keystone Freight is a Oakland logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
