Recruiter - technical hiring (Oakland, CA)

Cedar West Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections.
