Recruiter - technical hiring (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Willow Community Partners is a Oakland charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
