Recruiter - technical hiring (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Willow Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
