Recruiter - technical hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Summit Oak Facilities is a facilities company in New Orleans with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 305 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
