Recruiter - technical hiring (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak North Staffing Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
