Recruiter - technical hiring (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Markets Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
