Recruiter - technical hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Orchard Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 954 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
