Recruiter - technical hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Mill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in New Orleans focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
