Recruiter - technical hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Greenridge Nest Property Management is a New Orleans property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
