Recruiter - technical hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Yarrow Health Group provides primary and specialty care in New Orleans, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 494 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
