Recruiter - technical hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Bright Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in New Orleans serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
