Recruiter - technical hiring (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Cobalt Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
