Recruiter - technical hiring (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Meadow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Nashville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
