Recruiter - technical hiring (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Lakeside Freight Associates is a Nashville logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
