Recruiter - technical hiring (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Hollow Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
