Recruiter - technical hiring (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 714 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
