Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Corner Staffing is a Minneapolis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
