Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Minneapolis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
