Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Glen Banking Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
