Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath River Community Partners runs community programmes across Minneapolis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
