Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Lumen West Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
