Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Minneapolis region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
