Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Highbridge Birch Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Minneapolis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 311 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
