Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood River Markets is a Minneapolis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 343 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
