Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Oak Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
