Recruiter - technical hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Cedar Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 873 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
