Recruiter - technical hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
