Recruiter - technical hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Summit Cedar Facilities and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
