Recruiter - technical hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Corner Learning Group is an education provider in Milwaukee serving students and families, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
