Recruiter - technical hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Vista Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
