Recruiter - technical hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Milwaukee, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 554 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
