Recruiter - technical hiring (Miami, FL)

Bright Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Miami, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
