Recruiter - technical hiring (Miami, FL)

Fernwood West Care Services supports families and individuals in Miami with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
