Recruiter - technical hiring (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Oak Facilities looks after properties across the Miami region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
