Recruiter - technical hiring (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Rowan Legal Group is a Miami practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Miami. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
