Recruiter - technical hiring (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Willow Insurance Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
