Recruiter - technical hiring (Miami, FL)

Northwind Ember Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Miami. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
