Recruiter - technical hiring (Memphis, TN)

Bright Wilder Early Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
