Recruiter - technical hiring (Madison, WI)

Redstone Systems provides primary and specialty care in Madison. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
