Recruiter - technical hiring (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Mill Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Madison. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
