Recruiter - technical hiring (Madison, WI)

Summit Cedar Facilities Group is a facilities company in Madison with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
