Recruiter - technical hiring (Madison, WI)

Nova Mill Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
