Recruiter - technical hiring (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Lakeside Care Services supports families and individuals in Louisville with personal care and coordination, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
