Recruiter - technical hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Loom Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
