Recruiter - technical hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Field Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Little Rock. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
