Recruiter - technical hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge West Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Little Rock. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 701 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
