Recruiter - technical hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Nest Community Partners Group is a Las Vegas charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
