Recruiter - technical hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Orchard Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
