Recruiter - technical hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Cedar Yarrow Facilities and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
